Dr.  Inger Jensen is a clinical psychologist, author, actor, professional ballroom dancer, skier, and swimmer. She speaks fluent Danish, German, and Spanish. 

Inger graduated with her PHD in Psychology from UCLA and has published articles in the Journal of Personality Assessment, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, and Journal of Social Issues. She was a professor at UCLA and created an integrated model that combines Positive Psychology and Energy Psychology to achieve peak performance in relationship building, career enhancement, competitive sports, as well as optimal mental and physical health. 

She has been acting for over 50 years and is a member of SAG/AFTRA. Landing roles in major motion pictures such as The Naked Runner with Frank Sinatra and the hit TV series, Get Smart. Inger is still acting, most recently appearing in Just The Facts, which is currently in post-production. 

Inger is now putting the finishing touches on her new book, How To Age Disgracefully. It discusses the importance of breaking the "rules" for behavior as you age. The idea is to not get tied to old, worn out notions of how to act your age, but to be free to reinvent yourself, and go out and try new experiences and activities that are not restricted and predictable. How To Age Disgracefully was recently featured in JustLuxe Magazine.
